Bozha CafeBar, Cartagena, Colombia | March 20, 2026 (10/10) with Wilson
Spring break trip to Colombia with friends came to a point where Eli and Raquel went to the jungle, and Wilson and I flew to the coast: Cartagena! We made it on time for breakfast, and the day before our fly of course, we checked every possible coffee shop we could grab a quick bite before going to the beach with Wilson. One thing about my boyfriend, this guy loves empanadas. The other thing, the bigger the empanadas, the more he likes them... Bozha had the biggest ones we could find, and I agreed on this option, given they have Chemex, V60, and Belgian syphon in their menu.
I wanted to buy a bag, but we were luggage constrained because of our Cancun-Mexico City flight...

I would never say no to someone who was
Their decorations and both outside and inside tables were super calm, and proper for studying. They try to decrease garbage on the island; therefore, they ask you twice whether it will be here or to-go. In our case, we need to go marina, so we could not stay long. Then, the barista explained to me other things they do for this aim.
Coffee was amazing with everything. Definitely suggested.
Me enjoying my pour-over, super happy, final real coffee in MX! - In the background, Eli is approaching.
Eli is trying my coffee, and complaining, "Drip coffee is never good!" "It is not the same with drip coffee." This guy was not sure about what Americano is, so do not take his words seriously.
